Qualifications GS-7: To be eligible at the GS-7 level, you must meet at least ONE of the following conditions, as defined below: Specialized Experience:At least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as providing automated litigation assistance by preparing discovery productions, including scanning, and coding documents and creating DVDs; assisting in the use of technology to organize digital evidence; maintaining production logs by adhering to office protocol; and provides technical support such as duplicating documents and marking exhibits. OR Education:One of the following types of education in a related field: one full year of graduate level education in related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Paralegal Sciences, Law) leading to a Master's degree or higher; or a completed Bachelor's Degree with Superior Academic Achievement (see definition in the "Education Section" of this vacancy announcement). Education must be obtained in an accredited college or university and must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. OR Combination of Specialized Experience and Education:A combination of specialized experience and graduate education which when combined equal 100% of the requirements. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
