Applies depth and breadth of knowledge of MIDB/National Production Workshop, COLISEUM and/or MARS to deliver training on the full range of complex or varied capabilities and how they are brought to bear in an operational environment. 5. Leverages subject matter expertise in MIDB/National Production Workshop, COLISEUM and/or MARS to improve the quality of the course content and how that content is delivered. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Recent experience working with MIDB/National Production Workshop, COLISEUM and/or MARS. 2. Proven ability to deliver and manage training in a variety of modalities including the classroom, via DVTC, via iCademy or via IC Connect or similar Individual Occupational Requirements Education Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. Or Experience General Experience (for GS-5 positions): Experience that provided evidence of the ability to instruct students in the use of equipment, principles, or practices of the subject or occupation. This experience may have been gained as a teacher or instructor; in on-the-job supervision or instruction of subordinates or fellow workers; or in work involving application of the principles, practices, and techniques of the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience (for positions above GG-5): Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: β€’ Teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s). β€’ Supervising or administering a training program. β€’ Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. β€’ Work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis. Additional information DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application. Applicants must meet the agency’s conditions of employment, to include, but not limited to, satisfactory completion of an initial special background investigation and periodic reinvestigation, completion of any required medical examination and physical requirements, completion of any required personal interviews, favorable completion of any required initial or aperiodic polygraph examinations, completion of any required drug test, satisfactory completion of a two-year Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System trial period, and completion of a civilian mobility agreement. All civilian employees are required to participate in the DoD Direct Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer of Pay (DD/EFT) Program.
