care through an innovative, personalized approach for patients in Chicagoland and beyond. This is an
excellent opportunity for Neuro Surgery Subspecialists (Cranial and Spine) to join a busy and
growing independent physician-run group consisting of Neurosurgeons, ENT’s, Neuro-oncologists and

Established 24-hour coverage with Neuro-hospitalist; Neurocritical care and Endovascular
Neurologist.
Multidisciplinary, cohesive, co-located team of neurosurgeons, Subspecialty ENTs,
neuro-oncologists, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologist, neurointensivists provide exceptional
support
Interdisciplinary care model with spine-focused neurosurgeons, pain management, PMR, and
sports medicine physicians.
Next generation, integrated care model allows our clinicians to offer
state-of-the-art, top tier quality care throughout northern and central Illinois and eastern
Wisconsin.

The 509-bed campus is a comprehensive stroke center and represents one of the largest
facilities in northern suburbs of Chicago and the largest campus within the Health System. The newly
opened Spine and Pain Center on its Arlington Heights campus as part of a plan with the Neurological
Institute to transform from a community hospital to a one-of-a-kind global Neurosciences
destination. The Neurosciences Institute will grow to integrate and house a full suite of 43
physicians and 174 providers with state-of-the art ORs equipped with the latest in innovative
