Summary
The Program Specialist serves as the Senior Data and Tooling Integrator in the Executive Director's Office of Strategic Investment Management (SIM). The position is responsible for the oversight and development of integrated tooling solutions within SIM, and management of SIM's capability architecture. The SIM Office is focused on improving the integration of all three SIM Services - Business Architecture (BA), Investment Governance Services (IGS), Requirements Development and Management (RDM).

Qualifications
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION AT THE GS-14 LEVEL YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience equipped with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the Program Specialist position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes experience in data analysis and visualization in a healthcare environment; experience in analytical data utilization and data engineering strategies; developing and managing senior level reporting dashboards comprised of organizational or departmental data; experience with SQL databases, application support development), management of enterprise database systems, Power BI, tool/systems integration, and SharePoint design/maintenance. IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. It may require some physical effort such as standing, bending, carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or other small parts. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. The work may require extended hours to meet program deadlines. The work requires almost constant use of a video display terminal. The work is performed in a normal office setting. The employee may be expected to work beyond normal duty hours when required by pending issues. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work environment involves everyday risks and discomforts that require normal safety precautions. The responsibilities of the position require occasional travel and may subject the incumbent to various resultant environment changes.
