Qualifications For the GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and operating a variety of utility information systems (e.g., CUBIC, CIRCUITS, SCADA and GIS) to support utility programs; 2) Interpreting advanced principles of utility and energy management to support business and financial systems; 3) Reviewing and developing IT related requirements for embedded information systems (e.g., DDC, SCADA, Instrument control systems). For the GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in the operation of a variety of utility information systems (e.g., CUBIC, CIRCUITS, SCADA and GIS) to support utility programs; 2) Interpreting journeyman principles of utility and energy management to support business and financial systems; 3) Applying IT related requirements for embedded information systems (e.g., DDC, SCADA, Instrument control systems).
