nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly
(PACE). Qualified Candidates:
Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant
program with appropriate certification examsThis is an independent role and candidates must have two
or more years of experience as a practicing NP or physician assistant treating geriatric, internal
medicine or mental health patientsPlease note that this position does not offer visa
support
Position Highlights:
Schedules is M-F 8 am to 5 pm with on-call coveragePerforms procedures
necessary to implement plan of care; consults with interdisciplinary team regarding patient
assessment findingsDiscusses patient plan with patient and familyDevelops and revises patient
education programs and evaluates effectiveness of learningParticipates in clinical research and
reviews current nursing literature and demonstrates application to clinical
practice
