Job Description
LiveIntent is looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our Client Services team as an Account Coordinator supporting our SMB and Customer Success teams. As an Account Coordinator, you will collaborate with multiple departments and assist in supporting our sales teams in pre and post-sale related activities. This role will help in prospecting the customer base, planning how to close deals and setting up, and reporting on the campaigns. The Account Coordinator role will be based in New York and is an in office hybrid position.Â
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client communication, sales planning, decks, media plans, QBR’s
- Work with the Sales team on client correspondence throughout the pre-sale process and help communicate feedback to internal stakeholders - this includes but is not limited to; RFP and media plan revisions, specs, production timelines, benchmarks, required assets, etc.
- Help prepare materials for client meetings, internal meetings, proactive outreach, and client requests
- Document discussions during internal and/or client meetings and conference calls, identify key action items and decisions that need to be followed up on by Customer Success Managers (CSM), CPC’s or Account ExecutivesÂ
- Field and process internal information requests
- Gather background campaign information and/or resources needed to complete tasks
- Log account information and internal account case information & status in Salesforce
- Assist in end of month wrap up reportsÂ
- Provide clients, CSMs or AEs with any necessary campaign reports, and reporting set up
- Assist in reviewing & gathering required campaign assets, creatives and flagging potential account concerns to CSM or AE prior to launch
- Collaborate with internal teams in their day-to-day operations including pulling campaign analyses, creative performance reports, and help with other special projects, duties, and assignments
- Help conduct platform demos for self-service clients and assist with ad hoc questions and requests from client
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role or internship; in advertising, media planning or marketing field a plus
- Familiarity of the advertising/ programmatic ecosystem
- Experience with GAM (DFP), DCM, Mediavisor, and other ad servers a plus
- Understanding of digital brand advertising, and email marketing
- Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- Experience with Google Suite and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent research, oral and written communication skills, and proven history of following up in a timely manner
- Proficient multi-tasking, organization and time management skills
- The drive to work hard with an ambition to learn and succeed
At LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $60,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $70,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
