Pay: $180k OTE ($60K Base + $120k Variable (Commissions are UNCAPPED)

Must be able to come to the McKinney office Monday-Friday. We are not offering remote work currently.

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to work directly with our Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations in managing client accounts, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering client relationships. Your duties will include:

• Running Demos: Our Sales Executives can close anyone! Currently, we achieve a 70% closure rate for every completed demo.
• Delivering Top-notch Service: You’ll maintain engagement with new and existing leads and excel in conducting demos via Zoom.
• Nurturing relationships: Not only are you motivated to nurture potential relationships and continuously develop your people skills, but you're also passionate about helping others and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Goal Crushing: If you're driven to be at the top of the leaderboard, you will earn a generous commission for the relationships you help to create. This means that with hard work, you can out-earn many of your peers.
