As an Account Executive at Enrollware, part of the Fullsteam organization, you will be a key driver of the organization's growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales.Â

Responsibilities and Duties:Â

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.Â

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and discovery with prospective clients to understand their pain points and business goals. Tailor software solution presentations and demos to address their unique requirements with a customer centric and value-driven approach.Â

Build and maintain relationships with perspective clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Â

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, working closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mutual agreement.Â

Maintain an accurate record of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Leverage sales dashboards to understand where to focus your time and activities.Â

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.Â

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize this knowledge to position the solution effectively and provide insights to clients.Â

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.Â

Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.Â

Familiarity with core business management solutions and the ability to quickly learn new products.Â

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Â

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Â

Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office, Experience using CRM software (Salesforce) and proficiency in sales tools and technologies. Â

Fast and adaptive learner who keeps up with latest technology and market trends.Â

Driven by achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on results.Â
Primary QualificationsÂ
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.Â
-
3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.Â
