We are looking to recruit an Account Executive - Portal Partnerships to work remotely on the west coast and join our Inbound Sales function. As member of our US Sales team you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties for all US markets.
Please note that the schedule for this role is Tuesday-Saturday (Eastern Time working hours).
What you will focus on:
- Respond and handle sales inquiries full cycle (via Portal Partnerships such as Airbnb/VRBO, phone, email, social tools, etc.) offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their need
- Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams (General Manager, Real Estate, Operations)
- Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
- Proactively manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (SalesForce)
- Weekends are required
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in sales or account management in a quota carrying role (experience working in a B2C environment)
- Ability to run proper exploratory/discovery calls, be an active listener, manage objections and negotiation
- Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Use and understand our CRM
- Coachable individual able to implement feedback
- Highly consultative, active listener, with strong objection management and negotiation skills
