WATERFORD, WEDGWOOD + FISKARS LUXURY BRANDS, A PART OF FISKARS GROUP

Our brands
At the heart of meaningful moments and celebrations worldwide, our luxury brands—Waterford, Wedgwood, Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen, Royal Doulton, Iittala, and others—represent timeless craftsmanship, elegant design, and a dedication to enhancing life’s most treasured experiences. From exquisite tableware and décor to iconic lifestyle pieces, our brands embody a legacy of quality and innovation.

These renowned names are part of Fiskars Group, a company with over 375 years of history. For centuries, we’ve crafted products that inspire creativity, beauty, and functionality in daily life. Today, we blend heritage with modernity to create designs that enrich homes and lives around the world. With a legacy rooted in excellence, Fiskars Group ensures these iconic brands continue to thrive and resonate with consumers everywhere.

The role: Account Manager, Regional Department + Specialty Stores
As we build on our legacy, we’re looking for an Account Manager (Sales Lead) to represent our luxury brands across iconic accounts like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Belk, Von Maur, and Williams Sonoma.

In this role, you’ll go beyond sales—you’ll become a trusted partner to our retail accounts, building lasting relationships and creating exceptional experiences for customers. Your expertise will help us strengthen our presence in stores and online, delivering results that reflect the luxury and legacy of our brands.

Why join us?
At Fiskars Group, we’re passionate about preserving the heritage of our luxury brands while driving their success into the future. We value creativity, collaboration, and innovation, empowering our team to make meaningful contributions.

You’ll work with a supportive leader who values flexibility and bold ideas—and who trusts you to make your vision a reality. This isn’t just a job—it’s your opportunity to leave a lasting mark on some of the world’s most beloved luxury brands.

This is a remote role based in North Texas and reports to Marcello Jacoe, Senior Sales Director, Sales Americas Vita.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs to develop strategies that drive sales and strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop and execute tailored growth plans for key accounts across stores and eCommerce channels.
  • Lead account proposals, sales plans, and the line review process, collaborating with marketing, product development, and analytics teams.
  • Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasts to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Represent our brands at trade shows and industry events, identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Prioritize opportunities critical to both customer and business success, including new product categories and promotions.

Travel requirement: 25%-50%

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles in luxury goods or comparable industries is ideal, but we welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds who can demonstrate success in building client relationships and driving results.
  • Skills: Strong communication, customer focus, analytical reasoning, and business acumen.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively. Additional language skills are valued and reflect our global customer base.

Are you ready to join us?
We are eagerly awaiting your application. We review applications on a continuous basis, so please submit your resume today! Don’t worry about a cover letter—your application is all we need to see your interest.
