Principal Activities:
- Creation and execution of a strategic account plan.
- Accounts qualification.
- Management of own funnel in order to Top Management have a clear image of the opportunity’s status.
- Act as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Dedalus’ products & services.
- Side dish prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract.
- Management of customer relationship.
- Management of customer expectations during proposal & negotiation phase.
- Negotiation with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts).
- Explanation and demonstration of the products/solutions, thinking strategically with the customers (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications).
- Coordination and controlling of her/his sales processes.
- Sales contact in hand-over from Sales to Services.
- Assist the Service Manager during proposal & negotiation phase for SMA’s and any other activities that becomes necessary to the position.
- Close coordination with Pre-sales and Services teams to ensure technical viability and Implementation of the proposed/offered solution.
