About the role
We are looking for a driven and passionate Account Manager to join our team in Oslo. You will be responsible for managing and driving revenue of their client portfolio.
This is a "hire for attitude position" and we would love to develop you into a superstar within the podcast business.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success for Acast in Norway. Your responsibilities will include:
• Bringing in new clients and building strong relationships.
• Handling pre-sales media planning and creating tailored strategies.
• Managing your patch to grow revenue through selling audio ads, sponsorships, and branded content.
• Collaborating with our international team of sellers to align on goals and strategies.
• Writing and creating compelling media proposals using Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
• Taking charge of post-sales reporting and identifying opportunities for up-selling.
As part of a small and dynamic team in the early stages in Norway, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth.
Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives on building relationships and presenting with confidence. Your passion for brand storytelling, advertising, and podcasts shines through in your work.
You’re highly skilled in PowerPoint/Keynote and excel at delivering results with precision and speed. Your productivity and attention to detail make you an enthusiastic doer, and your communication skills in both
English and Norwegian are exceptional. You value long-term relationships and take a strategic approach to selling.
