Join our team as an Account Manager, Revenue in Toronto, ON.
Magnite is a leading software company that partners with the largest publishers in Canada to help them maximize their advertising revenue. Our software empowers publishers to forecast their traffic and maximize revenue from media buyers, for both their direct and programmatic sales, examples of leading publishers using Magnite software include Bell, Rogers, Globe & Mail, and Corus.
We are seeking a highly motivated Publisher Account Manager to manage the relationship with our publisher and broadcaster clients to present strategies, implement activations, and optimize their revenue. The Publisher Account Manager will report to the Senior Director of Publisher Accounts and will be responsible for providing our clients with outstanding customer service, applying strong analytical skills to portfolio of accounts, lead software installs, develop strong relationships to understand their business needs and goals, and keeping them up-to-date on new platform capabilities and features.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop an excellent understanding of each customer's business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create an end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices.
- Proactively monitor inventory and analyze performance data across an omni-channel portfolio to provide clients with recommendations and help them achieve their revenue goals.
- Lead strategic quarterly business review and implement work plans.
- Troubleshoot supply and deals monetization independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the sales operation process and onboard new clients or supply across all Magnite platforms.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Magnite and promote our products and services.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in ad tech or digital advertising
- Strong skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Slides, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and lead strategic initiatives with key stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Self-starter who is solution-oriented, learns, and quickly adapts to internal and external factors
- Experience in managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian digital publishing landscape
- Great comprehension of programmatic advertising and the ad tech ecosystem
- A passion for ad tech and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English and French preferred
- Able to work in an in-office environment (3 days at the office - 2 days WFH)

Compensation and Benefits:
