Job Summary:

An Account Resolution Admin supports the Collections team by assisting with account resolution and problem-solving. This role would consist of a person who works well in a team atmosphere and has organizational ability along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate would be someone looking to gain business skills and experience, equipping themselves for future opportunities.

Job Goals:

• Assist Resolution team with daily tasks
• Research and document pertinent contract details
• Uphold and represent GPRS core values with internal and external customers

Qualifications

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:

• Possess Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated
• Diligent and attentive to detail
• Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and coworkers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working independently in an office setting, communicating with customers through email and phone calls
• Work effectively in a team environment, assisting each other whenever needed
• Possess the ability to learn and work within proprietary software
