Position: Financial Technology Partners is seeking an Accounting Manager.

Role Description: Looking for an Accounting Manger to manage and take responsibility of the following.

• Oversee the daily operations of the family office/accounting department
• Maintain the general ledger, recording cash receipts, disbursements, and financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank activity, monthly credit card allocations and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare weekly cash reports.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports which includes consolidation of over 40+ entities.
• Assist in streamlining processes and documenting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for quarterly tax estimates and personal tax returns.
• Oversee the accounts payable function.
• Investments
• Provide oversight of the investment process, reviewing capital schedules, and recording investment activity.
• Assist investment team with review of capitalization tables, liquidation preferences, proceeds waterfalls and investor rights.
• Review and track SPV activity. 
• Review annual tax returns for SPVs.
• Perform ad hoc requests regarding investment activity (capital call & distribution projections,
• Assist with all family related matters.
• Responsible for household employee payroll, contracts and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with household travel as necessary.
• Assist with estate planning / management.

General Qualifications:

• Prior experience and expertise in some combination of:
• Fund Accounting/Public Accounting
• Family Office
• Reviewing and understanding of LPAs
• Strong academic credentials including a CPA is required.
• Strong excel skills.
• 5-7+ years’ experience
• Strong communications skills (oral and written).
• Meticulous documentation, record retention, organizational skills.
• U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future. 
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered.

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
