In this role you will:
- Ensure proper purchase order creation and invoice matching for all related purchases.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Magnite's Accounting and FP&A teams to ensure general ledger coding of invoice fees and payments.
- Input quickly and accurately high volume of invoices in multiple currencies.
- Ensure proper documentation is provided for approved invoices.
- Work with all departments to collect and obtain documentation as needed.
- Ensure timely period-end processing and recording.
- Monitor timeliness of vendor payments and ensure payments are made according to vendor terms.
- Set up vendors in Magnite's accounts payable system.
- Assist with quarterly/annual audits and any other ad hoc analysis or reports as needed.
- Correspond with vendors and internal customers and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with Oracle or large ERP is strongly recommended.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and track tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player who works well in a in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Concur Expense Management is a plus.
