Position Overview
Autodesk Growth Marketing is looking for an experienced program manager to lead a global program that requires significant cross-team collaboration. You should have experience with subscription and cloud-based offerings across the customer lifecycle, including ensuring sales and customer success strategies that delight and retain customers. You will report into the Manager of Global Account Team Activation. In short, our mission is to align marketing strategy with go-to-market teams across the lifecycle to build relationships and stimulate productive actions within our accounts. Our activation programs require a comprehensive approach that includes design, go-to-market readiness, change management, and establishing new business policies.
Your major focus areas will be on enablement of best practices, scaling processes for a volume audience, influencing customer success standards, and change management. We are looking for a leader who can partner with business leads and other key constituencies to ensure customer satisfaction, deepen product adoption, and increase subscription renewals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of multiple programs and is accountable for delivering all program components
- Synthesize requirements gathered from multiple (sometimes competing) sources, reconciles conflicts, and advocates for a delivery roadmap that balances multiple corporate objectives
- Work with the Autodesk design teams to create comprehensive designs of the future-state customer experience for programs
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for complex programs and translate them into a logical program roadmap
- Balance requirements with technical feasibility and helps set expectations on the delivery of program components, recommends and articulates alternative program approaches
- Track metrics to inform decision-making on program health and expansion
- Produce and present visualizations to gain alignment and influence with key stakeholders and executives
- Serve as subject matter expert and advocate on Customer Success best practices
- Does all of the above with a "customer first" mindset to ensure what's being delivered results in an exceptional customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience managing the concurrent delivery of several customer-facing programs - transaction management, subscription experience or customer success focus
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company or equivalent consulting engagements
- Presentation skills (in-person and virtual) with different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive roles
- Experience influencing and implementing change within cross-functional teams
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience working with data independently and with analytics teams to represent program results
- This is a hybrid role with some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in new technologies, software industry trends, and design
- Experience with Salesforce.com and sales automation tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or High Velocity Sales
- Certifications: PMP, LUMA

Nos programmes d'activation impliquent une approche exhaustive qui va de la conception a la mise en marche, en passant par la gestion du changement et la mise en place de nouvelles politiques d'affaires.
Vous serez principalement charge(e) de mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques, d'adapter les processus a une clientèle considerable, d'influencer les normes de reussite client et de gerer le changement. Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne meneuse capable de travailler en partenariat avec des chefs d'entreprise et d'autres acteur(trice)s cle(e)s dans une optique de satisfaire la clientèle, d'accroître l'adoption des produits et d'augmenter les renouvellements d'abonnements.
Responsabilites
- Executer de bout en bout de multiples programmes et veiller a la realisation de toutes les composantes du programme
- Faire la synthèse des besoins emanant de sources multiples (et parfois concurrentes), resoudre les conflits et promouvoir une feuille de route de livraison conciliant les divers objectifs de l'entreprise
- Travailler avec les equipes de conception d'Autodesk pour mettre au point des modèles exhaustifs de la future experience client relativement aux programmes
- Collaborer avec des equipes inter-fonctionnelles afin de comprendre les besoins des entreprises pour des programmes complexes, et transformer ces besoins en une feuille de route logique
- Trouver un equilibre entre les exigences et la faisabilite technique et contribuer a definir les attentes en ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre des composantes du programme, en plus de recommander et d'articuler d'autres approches pour le programme
- Suivre les metriques pour eclairer la prise de decision concernant la sante et l'expansion du programme
- Produire et presenter des visualisations afin de susciter l'adhesion et d'influencer les principales parties prenantes ainsi que les cadres
- Agir en tant qu'expert(e) en la matière et defendre les meilleures pratiques en matière de reussite client
- Effectuer toutes les taches susmentionnees en adoptant l'etat d'esprit « priorite au client », de manière a s'assurer que les prestations fournies se traduisent par une experience exceptionnelle pour la clientèle
Exigences minimales
- Baccalaureat et au moins 5 ans d'experience en gestion de livraison simultanee de plusieurs programmes axes sur la clientèle : gestion des transactions, experience d'abonnement ou reussite client
- Experience dans une entreprise de logiciels SaaS ou sur abonnement ou dans le cadre de projets de consultation similaires
- Competences pour les presentations (en personne et virtuellement) auprès d'un public diversifie compose de personnes occupant des rôles techniques, de vente, d'entreprise et de direction
- Experience en matière d'influence et de mise en œuvre de changements au sein d'equipes inter-fonctionnelles
- Excellentes competences en documentation
- Experience de travail avec des donnees de manière independante et avec des equipes d'analyse dans le but de rendre compte des resultats d'un programme
- Il s'agit d'un rôle hybride impliquant un certain nombre de deplacements
Competences souhaitees
- Interêt pour la conception, les nouvelles technologies et les tendances de l'industrie logicielle

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
