Ad Designer

Join our client's wellness startup, which is on a mission to harmonize nature's power with everyday wellness. They're expanding their team with an Ad Designer, skilled not only in crafting eye-catching ad visuals but also in producing compelling assets that capture and convert their audience.

As an Ad Designer, you'll be at the forefront of our client's advertising efforts, specializing in the creation of engaging visual ads alongside static and carousel assets. This role demands not just creativity and design expertise, but a deep understanding of storytelling, ensuring our client's ads resonate deeply with their audience and drive conversions.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating graphical ads, as well as static and carousel assets, that align with our branding and campaign goals.

• Work closely with our marketing team to develop and refine creative strategies that leverage creative content for maximum impact.

• Stay updated with ad industry trends, particularly in visual advertising, to keep our content fresh and effective.

• Implement creative direction for campaigns, assist in conceptualization to execution, and post-launch analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design for ad production, with a portfolio that highlights successful campaigns.

• Creative thinker; adept at generating and executing innovative ad ideas.

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.

Success in This Role:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the visual representation of Ads across various platforms. Success will be measured by the ability to create impactful Ad creatives that convert.
