You will provide administrative support to Fire Service College Defence Fire & Rescue training delivery team

What youâll be doing:
- Supporting the teams by providing clear information and resolving issues.
- Uploading joining instructions,
- Arranging Accommodation, transport etc for those booking on courses
- Answering queries from people arriving to do courses
- Coordinating driving courses for RAF bases around UK
- Organising vehicles/logistics as courses run all over the country
- Ensure high standards of customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Participate in Operations Meetings.
- Report on planning progress, issues, and risks, and brief College Management as needed.
What weâre looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role with a customer-first and can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet targets and strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient approach to tasks.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products including the ability to pull data from Excel and report on it
- The ability to work accurately under the pressure of tight deadlines and multi-tasking
