As an Adoption Change Management consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading change management activities across a diverse set of Modern Work projects. You will have the opportunity to leverage your communication, learning development, and project management skills to enhance the digital employee experience for employees around the world. Join our highly collaborative team to embark on transformation projects, learn about the latest technology tools, drive impactful adoption, and forge strong client relationships – all while having a bit of fun along the way.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead end-to-end adoption change management delivery with clients, applying a structured methodology to deliver strategic deliverables
• Plan, design, develop, and deliver project communications campaigns end-to-end
• Develop technology-focused training plans, create multi-channel training materials, and lead training delivery or workshops for varied stakeholder audiences
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities
• Support with project management and delivery, managing timelines and work plans
• Support internal change management practice improvements, such as deliverable templates, internal team upskilling, and asset repository creation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, communications, and/or training
• Strong understanding of Adoption Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience in delivering technology-focused Adoption Change Management work
• Fluency in core Microsoft 365 working applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an understanding of Microsoft’s modern work environment (SharePoint Online, Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• PROSCI or other change management certification or designation
• Proven project experience with the adoption of M365-centered technologies, such as Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and others
• Delivery-focused with high speed and quality
• Ability to develop and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual communications
• Ability to be autonomous and manage your own time across concurrent projects

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $85,000 – $94,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
