Advanced Product Engineer HV

Your Role:

• Designing in 2D and 3D, analysis of dimensions tolerance for plastic and metal elements of HV products like for example HV Electrical Centers and Inlets
• Analyzing of manufacturability of self-designed plastic components
• Supervising and supporting of validation tests of self-designed components
• Supporting plants during production start
• Developing existing products and proposing their improvements

Your Background:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field with specialization in mechanics, mechatronics
• Fluent skills in CAD software, e.g.: Siemens NX - preferred, Catia V5, Inventor, ProE
• Very good Knowledge of GD&T rules (dimensioning and geometrical tolerances)
• Knowledge of electrical phenomena, especially high voltage / high current in automotive industry
• Very good skills & knowledge of plastic parts design
• Good English skills (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work in team and to solve problems creatively and fast learning
• Openness to the challenges and development

Additional advantage would be:

• Knowledge of another foreign languages (German or French is preferred)
• Knowledge of design for manufacturability (cost & feasibility)
• Experience in automotive
