Job Description

Meta is seeking a strong, experienced Agency Partner to help build partnerships with leading agencies. The Agency Partner will lead the partnership strategy and implementation for these agencies, and the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their agencies.You'll contribute to a high-caliber team to a set of agencies that are experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, exhibits problem-solving leadership and limited oversight. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization, as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un• e candidat• e autonome qui par le passé, a déjà su gérer l'ambiguïté, faire preuve de leadership en matière de résolution de problèmes et exercer une surveillance limitée. De plus, le ou la candidat• e aura déjà travaillé au sein d'une organisation matricielle, et aura de l'expérience pour diriger, encadrer et influencer les gens de sorte qu'ils génèrent des résultats positifs. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, basé dans notre bureau de Toronto.

  • Act as consultant to our agencies to inform their short-to-long-term investment strategies across Media, Creative, Measurement and Technology. | Agir en tant que consultant auprès de nos agences pour Ă©clairer leurs stratĂ©gies d'investissement Ă  court et Ă  long terme dans les domaines des mĂ©dias, de la crĂ©ation, de la mesure et de la technologie.

CA$140,000/year to CA$184,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
