Analista de Suporte a Operações de Vendas (Híbrido)

O que você fará?

• Apoiará em cases de nossos clientes internos (equipes de vendas) para esclarecer solicitações;
• Auxiliará em auditorias periódicas de dados nos sistemas/plataformas de negócios;
• Realizará verificações de acompanhamento para garantir a qualidade e precisão dos dados para contas e/ou dados de reservas e cancelamentos;
• Oferecerá suporte à organização de vendas e a membros mais experientes da equipe em todas as questões relacionadas à gestão de oportunidades e contas;
• Investigará problemas menos complexos, escalando conforme necessário para membros mais experientes da equipe para resolver consultas de vendas de maneira oportuna;
• Identificará e relatará inconsistências de dados/processos à equipe interna, com o objetivo de otimizar/automatizar processos existentes.

O que você precisa ter?

• Fluência em inglês para lidar com o time global;
• Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
• Conhecimento em Salesforce e Siebel será um diferencial.
