Android Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Software Engineer with a growth mindset to join our mobile group -- Someone who wants to have an immediate impact on a great product.

What You’ll Do

• Take high-level ideas and transforming them into live products, used by millions of homeowners and professionals from around the world.
• Create beautiful features for our various mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, product, design and more) to deliver rich mobile experiences.
• Write and ship clean code, share your ideas and collaborate with other colleagues .
• Own full feature lifecycle from design to deployment.

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• 3+ years experience working in Android development.
• Substantial experience developing Android apps. Have completed at least 2 apps that are available in the Google Play Store.
• B.S., or M.S., in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good understanding of user experience design and development on Android and mobile devices.
• Experience with Kotlin - an advantage.
• Self-directed, independent and has experience owning complete features/products.
• Great problem-solving skills and a true passion for mobile.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
