Application Developer, Off

Who we are looking for

The Application Developer - Officer will work with Application Maintenance and Support team and provide production support for APAC applications to service our internal operation team and external client's daily delivery. There's also other responsibility contributes to stable, compliant, resilient application/platform/environment. Developer will need to go through the phase of whole agile SDLC cycles, to work on requirement analysis, technical POC/design as well as detail level story implementation and delivery.

• Be responsible of daily production support and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Be sure existing application/platform/environment are following Corp's standards and best practice.
• Be closely working with other teams to fulfill Application modernization and DC exit plan.
• Be closely working with other project managers/senior leaders and product owners to come up with overall delivery plan and technical design.
• Be sure to delivery application with low-latency performance and high quality solution.
• Be closely working with manager/senior leaders on team improvement plan including both collaboration, delivery and quality.

• 5 years+ working experience with Java and database programming.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
• Experience in software common best practices including vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to drive support/development/testing activities by effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally.
• Ability to understand and document logics from existing code bases.

• Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related.
• 5+ years related working experience.
• Excellent programming skills and experience with Java & Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills, and English skills to communicate directly to external teams.
• Excellent problem solving & trouble shooting skills with logical designs thinking.
• Basic knowledge on infrastructure and network.
• Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) experience is a plus.
