Who we’re looking for:

Fastfrate Group is looking for a qualified Appointment Coordinator for our Winnipeg, MB, office. You’ll perform various tasks to meet customer needs by ensuring the customers have the required information regarding their shipment. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills, and planning and organization ability necessary to perform the role effectively.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00-3:30 pm

What you’ll do:

• Enhance customer relationships by providing exemplary customer service to clients
• Respond to customer queries regarding the status of their shipment pickups,
• Arrange appointments with customers by phone, email or customer portals
• Trace shipments as required
• Prepare and update reports for customers
• Performs other duties as required.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to organize, schedule and follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of transportation/container industry beneficial
• Must have your own transportation as not on a bus route.
