Our Infrastructure Investment Group seeks to invest capital in infrastructure businesses across a range of sub-sector geographies.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the deal lifecycle. Examples of responsibilities include:
- Meeting and liaising with target company management teams and founders
- Developing investment theses
- Sourcing new investment opportunities
- Researching and assessing domestic & global markets
- Building financial investment models
- Coordinating with GS domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors and banks
- Presenting in investment committee
- Participating in deal structuring and investment documentation
- Building and maintain relationships with management teams and partners
- Managing portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting
Qualifications
Highly motivated commercial team player to be integrally involved in all aspects of private equity investing. The ideal candidate has passion and curiosity about investing, as well as strong accounting/finance, team management and business assessment skills. Other criteria include:
- More than 7 years experience across consulting, banking or investing with at least 3 years of investing experience
- Commercially savvy investor mindset and ability to self-direct, evaluate and form independent judgments
- Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent process management skills and ability to manage upward
- Demonstrated proactiveness and ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, research, financial model building
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, intermediaries and global stakeholders
- Deep experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Close attention to detail
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
- Absolute integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
