Le chef de boutique assistant aux ventes contribue à la croissance financière de l’entreprise en s’assurant que le service à la clientèle surpasse les attentes, l’intégrité opérationelle et le développement et la préparation en vue d’une promotion de nos ressources humaines. Il ou elle sera responsable de soutenir les buts de l’entreprise et de la boutique individuelle. Le chef de boutique associé aux ventes peut aussi avoir une spécialité dans la boutique, notamment le marchandisage, la gestion des stocks ou de projets.

 

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Service Ă  la clientèle
  • CrĂ©er et entretenir une base de donnĂ©es des clients Club Monaco
  • Mettre en place un programme d’acheteur personnel
  • Fournir un service Ă  la clientèle incomparable en tout temps
  • Mettre en place un programme de promotion mensuel pour informer la base de clients Ă  mesure que des nouveaux produits arrivent en boutique
  • Trouver des idĂ©es pour des Ă©vĂ©nements en boutique
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion de la boutique et le chef de district pour organiser des Ă©vĂ©nements en boutique
  • Traiter les demandes des clients, y compris les questions sur un produit spĂ©cifique, problèmes de qualitĂ©, politique de retour, etc.
  • Mettre en place un système pour surveiller les ventes mensuelles, nombre de demandes, types de demandes, etc.
  • Organiser des sĂ©ances de connaissances sur les produits pour le personnel de la boutique
  • Communiquer la rĂ©troaction des clients et au sujet des produits aux chefs de boutique; aider le chef de boutique ou le directeur gĂ©nĂ©ral dans les secteurs suivants : Tâches d’exploitation
  • Responsable de l’ouverture et de la fermeture de boutique pour des quarts dĂ©signĂ©s
  • Surveiller et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens de main-d’oeuvre
  • Assumer les responsabilitĂ©s du chef de boutique en son absence
  • Établir les horaires de l’adjoint, le chef de boutique en formation et les stylistes
  • Atteindre ou excĂ©der les prĂ©visions financières par l’entremise de la planification et de l’exĂ©cution efficaces, contribuant ainsi aux rĂ©sultats financiers gĂ©nĂ©raux de l’entreprise
  • Gestion analytique et stratĂ©gique des ventes et budgets de coĂ»t salarial pour dĂ©terminer et procĂ©der au lancement de mesures pour atteindre/surpasser les objectifs
  • Innovation entrepreneuriale pour utiliser tous les outils / le soutien disponibles et dans le cadre des activitĂ©s commerciales afin de dĂ©velopper des approches crĂ©atives pour augmenter les rĂ©sultats commerciaux
  • Surveilles les ventes et rĂ©sultats financiers et prendre les mesures appropriĂ©es en boutique et communiquer les besoins au superviseur
  • Assurer que les mesures prises en boutique optimisent les ventes, l’investissement sur la marchandise, le coĂ»t salarial et rĂ©duisent au minimum les ruptures de stock
  • Assurer un contrĂ´le disciplinĂ© de toutes les dĂ©penses de la boutique
  • GĂ©rer le processus de planification des ressources humaines de la boutique
  • Contribuer Ă  la gestion Ă  long terme par l’entremise d’un roulement de personnel minimum, du recrutement de candidats de haut niveau au besoin, de mĂŞme que garder et dĂ©velopper une Ă©quipe de chefs de boutique et associĂ©s en boutique afin d’atteindre les objectifs de service et ventes
  • Encourager l’habilitation, renforcer la responsabilisation et crĂ©er un environnement de travail positif
  • Assurer que l’équipe de gestion et les associĂ©s comprennent clairement et atteignent les attentes liĂ©es Ă  leur poste
  • SĂ©lectionner, former et motiver l’équipe de gestion et les associĂ©s afin qu’ils atteignent leur responsabilitĂ© d’une Ă©quipe complète et fonctionnelle
  • Établir les horaires et animer les sĂ©ances de formation au besoin pour dĂ©velopper les aptitudes et habiletĂ©s gĂ©n.Ă©rales de l’équipe
  • DĂ©montrer des aptitudes de vente et encadrer le personnel
  • Fournir de la rĂ©troaction continuelle Ă  propos du rendement Ă  l’équipe de gestion et aux associĂ©s en boutique ainsi que la formation nĂ©cessaire pour les aider Ă  atteindre les exigences actuelles et futures de leur poste
  • Gestion des stocks et marketing
  • Contribuer Ă  la croissance de l’entreprise par l’entremise de la gestion des stocks et du marketing, et de l’atteinte des marges brutes de retour sur investissement
  • Maximiser les stocks pour atteindre les ventes prĂ©vues avec des mesures axĂ©es sur la vente de ce que nous avons en stock aujourd’hui et la communication de ce qui est requis pour augmenter nos affaires
  • Évaluer et rĂ©agir aux occasions offertes par la concurrence
  • Assurer l’intĂ©gritĂ© opĂ©rationnelle par la routine et la pratique du fonctionnement de la boutique
  • Former l’équipe de gestion et les associĂ©s Ă  la gestion des stocks et superviser l’inventaire matĂ©riel
  • Former/encadrer et faire un suivi auprès de l’équipe de gestion et des associĂ©s rĂ©gulièrement en vue de l’atteinte des Ă©chĂ©anciers et des normes concernant les dĂ©marques, la mise en place des promotions, les directives de marchandisage, le traitement de la marchandise endommagĂ©e, les regroupements et les normes globales de prĂ©sentation visuelle/d’entretien de la boutique
  • Assurer l’intĂ©gritĂ© de la marque auprès des clients
  • Former et soutenir l’équipe de gestion et les associĂ©s dans la planification et la supervision des changements visuels et des besoins rĂ©guliers de marchandisage
  • Assurer que la boutique suit les calendriers de marchandisage/changements visuels
  • Assurer que la boutique respecte les normes, politiques et procĂ©dures de marchandisage et d’entretien
  • Contribuer au succès de la croissance de l’entreprise et protĂ©ger nos biens en mettant en place des mĂ©thodes, politiques et procĂ©dures efficaces de prĂ©vention des pertes
  • Surveiller l’application des politiques et procĂ©dures
  • Donner l’exemple de l’utilisation exacte et appropriĂ©e des connaissances sur les produits, politiques et procĂ©dures
  • Suivi et collaboration rĂ©guliers avec le responsable de la PP concernant les normes de vĂ©rification / rĂ©sultats / formations et mesures requises pour atteindre les normes de prĂ©vention des pertes conjointement avec le maintien du niveau de service
  • Passer en revue et vĂ©rifier toutes les procĂ©dures de paie pour assurer l’exactitude du rapport en boutique et signaler toute correction effectuĂ©es / Attributs de leadership
  • Contribuer Ă  bâtir une entreprise axĂ©e sur le service Ă  la clientèle grâce Ă  des aptitudes de leadership et habiletĂ©s personnelles
  • Ouverture et fermeture de boutique
  • Responsable de toutes les procĂ©dures d’ouverture et de fermeture de boutique pour des quarts dĂ©signĂ©s en fonction des heures d’exploitation Remarque : En cas d’incapacitĂ© Ă  ouvrir ou fermer la boutique, il ou elle est responsable de trouver un membre du personnel pour le ou la remplacer et en informer le chef de district/chef rĂ©gional.

Position Overview

The Associate Selling Manager contributes to the financial growth of the company by ensuring customer service exceeds beyond expectations, operational integrity in how we operate, and development and promotability of our human resources. He or she will be responsible for support the goals of the company and individual store. The Associate Selling Manager can also have specialty within the store, including merchandising, inventory, or project related.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clienteling
  • Create and foster a database of Club Monaco customers
  • Implement a Personal Shopper Program
  • Provide unsurpassed customer service at all times
  • Implement a monthly outreach program to update client base as new product reaches the store
  • Brainstorm ideas for in store events
  • Partner with store management team and district manager to execute store events
  • Field customer inquiries, including questions about a specific product, quality issues, return policy questions, etc.
  • Implement a system to track monthly sales, number of inquiries, type of inquires, etc.
  • Lead Product Knowledge sessions for store staff
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to managers Will also assist the SM or GM with the following areas: Operational Duties
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store on designated shifts
  • Ensure monitoring and execution of daily payroll goals
  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities in his or her absence
  • Organize schedules for Assistant, Managers-in-Training, and Stylists Financial
  • To achieve or exceed financial plans through effective planning and execution thereby contributing to the Company’s overall financial results
  • Analytical and strategic management of sales and wage budgets to determine and launch actions to meet/ exceed goals
  • Entrepreneurial innovation to utilize all tools / support available and within framework of business to develop creative approaches to driving the business results
  • Monitors sales and financial results and takes appropriate action at store level and communicates needs to supervisor
  • Ensures store actions optimize sales, merchandise investment, wage investment and minimize stock shortage
  • Ensures disciplined control of all store expenses
  • Leads the store’s business planning process Human Resources
  • To contribute to long term growth through minimum turnover, recruiting high level candidates as needed and maintaining and developing a store team of managers and service associates able to meet service and sales goals
  • Encourages empowerment, reinforces ownership and leads a positive work environment
  • Ensures management and service associates clearly understand and meet job expectations
  • Selects, trains and motivates management and associates to meet their responsibility of a full and functional team
  • Schedules and facilitates training sessions where needed to develop individual and overall team skills and abilities
  • Models and coaches selling service as well as other skills
  • Provides store management and service associates with continuous performance feedback and necessary training to assist them to meet current and future position requirements
  • Inventory Management and Marketing
  • To contribute to Company growth through marketing and inventory management and the achievement of appropriate gross margin return on investments
  • Maximizes inventory to achieve planned sales through actions focused on selling what we own today and communication on what is needed to build the business
  • Assesses and reacts to opportunities provided by competition
  • Ensures operational integrity in routines and practices in how the store works
  • Trains managers and service associates in inventory management and supervises physical inventory count
  • Trains / coaches and audits store management and associates regularly on meeting timelines and standards related to direction on markdowns, promotional set up, merchandising direction, damage processing, consolidations and overall store standards Visual Presentation/Store Maintenance
  • To ensure the Brand Integrity of the company is reflected to customer
  • Trains and supports management and service associates in the planning and supervision of store flips and regular merchandising needs
  • Ensures store works to merchandising/flip calendars
  • Ensures store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards Policy & Procedures
  • To contribute to the success of the Company’s growth and securing of our assets through implementation of effective Loss Prevention methods and policies and procedures
  • Monitors the application of policies and procedures
  • Models accurate and appropriate knowledge and use of policies and procedures
  • Regular follow up and partnership with LP responsible on audit standards / results / training and actions needed to meet loss prevention standards in conjunction with maintaining service level
  • Reviews and audits all payroll procedures to ensure accurate reporting at store level and reports back to have any corrections made Leadership Attributes
  • To contribute to the building of a customer service driven Company through leadership skills and personal attributes
  • Store Opening/Closing
  • Responsible for all opening and closing procedures of the store on all designated shifts as per the store hours of operations. Note: If one cannot open or close store they are responsible for finding replacement staff and must immediately inform DM/RM.  

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • ASC requires a minimum of 5 years retail management experience
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
  • Excellent English communication - verbal and written
  • Excellent time management/project skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner • Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
  • Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity

  • Areas indicating leadership skills such as volunteer work
  • Must be able to work shift standing and walking and be able to lift approx 20 lbs.
  • Required to travel remote areas for business meetings
