Associate Analyst, Business Development Launch Graduate Program 2025 - Thailand

The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

Job Description:
• Align to Mastercard business operation model and core business
• Structure and implement the marketing research about payment industry status with insights
• Cross-border business status, including inbound and outbound, face to face and ecommerce
• Conduct gap analysis on Business Development Team's readiness for developing new business, from relationship and integration with other Mastercard assets
• Propose the action plan to help the team to gear up
• Set up guideline regarding how to identify business opportunities

All about you:
• Expected graduation Nov/Dec 2024 to July 2025
• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome to apply)
• You possess the right to work in Thailand, and do not require work visa sponsorship

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
