What you will do
- As Field Service Engineer, you will play a leading role in supporting the on-site technical needs of Stryker customers
- You will perform all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance and complete repairs, software and hardware upgrades as per Stryker's standards and procedures
- You present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the sales team, promote increased equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships
- You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance and Technical Support to ensure smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction and further growth of Service contracts (called ProCare)
- You will build long term relationships with customers, subcontractors and team members to ensure responsiveness and superior customer service
What you need
- Technical background or engineering degree (mechanical, biomedical, electronic or similar)
- Ideally professional work experiences in repairing of mechanical and/or electronical devices, i.e. Smartphones, Computers, etc. (not a must-have!). More important is your passion for the medical environment, high quality products and a strong customer relationship
- Strong inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management
- Ability to explain detailed instruction troubleshooting and inspection procedures
- Valid driving license and up to 70% travel in the region
- Fluent Polish, very good English
- Be able to lift (sometimes) heavy products
