The Associate BI Analytics Manager will continue the creation of a data guided culture as to enable Stryker commercial teams to interpret Divisional product sales performance, changing commercial business strategies and enable dashboarding by leveraging new global IT BI platforms.

Part of the COE Analytics team, this is a strategic role to help Stryker deliver its growth strategy in Europe. Together with this team will create scalable, investigative capabilities which enable the Division commercial teams to reduce time spent on data searching, cleaning, reporting and shift focus towards running the business with supporting facts, insights, and foresights.

The Associate BI Analytics Manager will manage a team of commercial analysts and will inspire by example.

Is this you?

You have Experience You at least 6 years' related experience; with 2 years' plus people management experience preferred. Ideally you are excited to develop talent.

You speak Fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world. Knowing one or more additional languages is a plus.

You have a Bachelor's Degree In science, engineering or related degree; Master's degree is an advantage.

You are Skilled Within the Following Areas:

  • BI stack including data model and information flow.
  • Advanced SQL; Rest API
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Azure Databriks
  • Python or PySpark
  • Power BI, DAX, Power Automate (PowerApps is a plus)

You can Juggle Well...metaphorically at least. You have the ability to balance various priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring that the most important goals are continuously met. (But if you can actually juggle, we'd love to hear about that too.)

What will you do at Stryker?

  • Manage and develop a small team of Commercial Analysts.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for strategic decision making.
  • Build and improve SQL queries and process automation that will gear the reporting and insights capabilities.
  • Develop and process new data streams / pipelines, implement new processes and tools to enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and sales reps.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operation analyst and commercial analysts, to understand their data requirements and develop data integration solutions to facilitate smooth data flow between systems.
  • Translate the business needs to concrete data use cases and protoypes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Build and maintain ETL processes to efficiently extract data from multiple sources, transform it into the desired format to be used for insight generation.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure the data integrity of new/existing reporting.
