While this role does rest in the People Team, please note it requires a background in Talent Acquisition Operations with an emphasis on analytics, headcount and analysis of data (not recruitment or managing a recruitment team). Â
Job Description
Tekion is looking for an Associate Manager, Talent Operations & Analytics to be a key partner in elevating our hiring processes and helping leaders make data-driven decisions about Talent Acquisition strategy and programs. This role will excel at storytelling with data, approach problems with an analytics mindset, and be driven to get to the root of the problem. As a data analyst, you will work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders under the direction of the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations to gather requirements, share analysis and provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping to build a Talent Acquisition analytics program that focuses on global data integrity, providing a stellar user experience, and looks for opportunities to scale. Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive Leaders and Finance Team to manage Headcount Planning and Forecasting process
- Implement regular and thorough data audits to maintain consistent data integrity.
- Proactively review data processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure global data cleanliness and accuracy.
- Drive necessary process changes to enhance data quality and integrity on a global scale.
- Build and maintain key reports, dashboards, and other stakeholder-facing information portals and resources
- Use data to help drive operational excellence – recruiting process optimization and standardization while balancing the need for flexibility and appropriate customization
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create well-rounded insights that can be used to inform Tekion’s recruitment process
- Provide up-to-date market analysis on current trends in the business
- Develop deep knowledge of the ATS downstream/upstream systems; advise on best practices for optimizing the use of these systems to increase the collection of accurate data points
- Act as first point of contact and SME for recruitment reporting and analytics tools, including ATS troubleshooting
- Work with Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and pinpoint ideal reporting resources
- Leverage the data insights you have uncovered by partnering with TA leadership to help inform decision-making, anticipate future trends, and improve both candidate and stakeholder experience
- Directly manage and mentor Talent Research Analyst in Bangalore location
- Assist with various TA & People Operations Teams Projects, Analysis and Tasks as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years of People Team & Talent Acquisition ExperienceÂ
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience designing, analyzing, and presenting data, including dashboard development for a Talent Acquisition team
- Working knowledge of gathering business requirements and demonstrating a problem-solving approach when working on inquiries
- Ability to develop robust ad-hoc reports that are easy to understand
- Ability to perform complex functions in Excel (critical) Â
- Extensive proficiency in leading data analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI, enabling robust data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent with communicating clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses that a range of audiences can understand
- A passion for applying technology and data in creative and novel ways
- Experience with extracting data from applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (HireEZ, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Bachelor’s DegreeÂ

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Administration/Reporting Tools
- Experience with ChartHop

The salary range for this position is $91,800 to $155,250. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
