Associate Product Manager

Baker Hill, a renowned leader in providing cutting-edge financial technology solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team. This is an on-site position in Carmel, IN. As the Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the strategic evaluation of Baker Hill's partner ecosystem. This resource will play a key role in our product management team coordinating the evaluation and execution of our partnership program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fintech, exceptional project management skills, and a strong understanding of partner relationships and product management.

Essential Functions:

• Program manage the partner evaluation process executing concurrent evaluations.
• Act as a liaison for partner relationship management, program implementation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmap initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and potential partner candidates to be evaluated.
• Assist in the development of product requirements and specifications to meet our clients and market needs
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Prepare and deliver RFP responses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and analyze product and partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, partner program management, or related roles within the fintech industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial services, payments, or banking industry preferred.
• Experience with RFP processes and proposal writing is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
