Role Summary

Sie unterstützen unsere Sales Teams (SMB und/oder Public) bei administrativen Aufgaben.

Die Rolle umfasst circa 8h/Woche und kann remote ausgeführt werden.

What You Will Do:

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
• Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Verträgen
• Erstellung von Angeboten
• Bearbeitung des Email-Postfachs

What You Will Bring:

• Erste Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich oder im Sales von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) von Vorteil
• Salesforce Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke (in Deutsch und Englisch) und Teamfähigkeit
• Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
