Job Description
AECOM is seeking a AVP, Senior Executive Recruiter to join our energetic world class TA team. This role will be based in Dallas, Texas and will require an in office presence consistently (at least three days per week is expected).
This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent. This position requires a strategic mindset, and exceptional interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of the A/E/C industry is highly preferred for this role. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in executive recruitment and the successful candidate will have strong executive presence.
Executive Search:
• Lead executive-level searches for key leadership positions within the organization.
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, professional associations, and networks to ensure a continuous pipeline of top-tier executive talent.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a diverse candidate pool.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industry benchmarks, and emerging talent pools.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the firm's values and culture to potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate candidate evaluations, ensuring a rigorous and fair selection process.
• Manage the offer negotiation process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize employment terms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Regularly update senior leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic recruitment, with a focus on executive-level positions, preferably in the A/E/C industry. A minimum of 4 years of experience should be in a leadership capacity.
• Ability to demonstrate strong executive presence.
• Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies at a high level.

• Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Information
- Relocation is not available for this position.
- Sponsorship for US Employment Authorization is available for this position
- Domestic and Global travel may be required for this position.
- The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience for this role. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000.
