Biotech / Life Science Recruiter (Contract to FTE)

Genesis Therapeutics is looking for an exceptional TA Contract-to-FTE Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will support our Scientific divisions (currently Biology/Chemistry/Non-Clinical Development including DMPK), Clinical R&D and some other G&A areas as needed. This role requires strategic sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As an expert in your craft, you will influence talent decisions based on data insights and market intelligence.

What you will do:

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, selecting, assessing, closing, etc. 
• Serve as an internal advisor to hiring managers to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
• Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers through coaching and influencing on an effective search, assessment strategies, closing candidates, etc.
• Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates through all stages of the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the role and tailor recruiting strategies to find the best candidates 
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and market dynamics to offer guidance to hiring managers
• Ability to bring creativity to the recruiting process to attract a diverse candidate pool
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes and meet hiring goals
• Maintain adherence to employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities

What you bring (Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 5+ years experience full cycle recruiting experience supporting the biotech industry, strong preference for startup experience 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Lever ), and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, and Juicebox (or similar) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout the hiring process
• Be data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics
• The emotional intelligence to close candidates with the right balance of consideration, transparency, and drive
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced scaling environment
