Brand Manager

Job Description:

Join a fun and award winning marketing team to help build and grow a young and dynamic Window Covering brand. 3 Day Blinds is part of a larger global organization that manufactures and sells direct to consumer window treatment products through various brands. This position will report to the head of the Central Marketing Team but will focus on managing one of our outdoor shade companies, Sun Protection Florida.

We are looking for a smart Marketer with a broad general understanding of Digital and Traditional Direct to Consumer advertising. Excellent communications skills are a must as this position will be the liaison between the Brand and the Central Marketing Team.

This position is much like an Account Representative in an agency with the very important distinction that the Brand and Agency are all within the same organization.

Job Requirements:

This individual must thrive in a dynamic, quickly evolving environment that requires extreme attention to detail. Ideal candidate has the ability to learn new and work with multiple systems. Candidate must be able to coordinate across multiple resources, organize many moving parts into a fine tuned and well planned process.

Job Duties:

  1. Analyze and Track Marketing effectiveness on a daily basis
  2. Manage and review marketing materials
  3. Coordinate projects with subject matter experts to achieve marketing goals
  4. Review campaign data for accuracy
  5. Assist with Marketing forecast management
  6. Complete assigned Marketing reports, identify changes in performance or trends, and communicate them
  7. Coordinate across functional areas the brands needs and manage projects accordingly

Education and Experience

  1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
  2. Experience with relevant web based & software applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Qlik or other BI tools, PowerPoint and Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  3. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics a strong plus
  4. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset.
