Business Architect | About You 

As a Business Architect, you are responsible for bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and technology. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on the details. You thrive in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business transformation. You are a natural problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, and you understand how to create scalable, sustainable solutions that support long-term growth.

Business Architect | Day-to-Day 

• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define business goals, strategies, and implementation roadmaps. 
• Design and document end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. 
• Develop and recommend innovative solutions to optimize business operations, improve customer experiences, and support scalable growth. 
• Work closely with business units, IT, and data teams to ensure that business needs are met with the appropriate technical capabilities, particularly in cloud-based environments like Snowflake. 
• Analyze business performance data and market trends to propose recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and help achieve strategic business goals. 

Business Architect | Skills & Experience 

• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or enterprise transformation, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries. 
• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and the ability to align business and technology strategies effectively across the organization. 
• Proven experience in process design and optimization, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN to drive significant operational improvements. 
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from C-level executives to operational teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of business goals and technical solutions. 
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms, utilizing data for business intelligence, analytics, and informed decision-making to optimize performance.
