Job Summary 

Centric Software is looking for a Business Consultant Visual Boards solutions for Fashion, Luxury and Retail markets in Europe! 

Centric Visual Boards are designed for fashion, outdoor, luxury, consumer goods and retail businesses looking to leverage fully collaborative, highly intuitive, cross-system and fully connected technology.

The Business Consultant Visual Boards will support the Project Director Visual Boards in driving full Visual Boards implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, the product definition phases until the final Go-Live with great success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities 

• Develop detailed Visual Boards implementation and communication plans, including timelines, budget, resource and progress tracking details 

• Collect information about the client’s business process, IT landscape and data usage through a variety of methods (business process analyses, interviews, surveys, reports, RFI etc.) 

• Formulate & document recommendations and drive solutions configuration with attention to a client’s wishes, solution capabilities and budget limitations forming concise documentation with the objective to make a successful project and have referenceable customers 

• Maintain quality standards regarding methodologies, documentation, progress tracking, project administration by using internal Centric systems 

• Strong collaboration with the Centric Innovation team 

• Coach others and share your experiences and knowledge 

Minimum Requirements 

• Degree holder in a Computing related discipline is considered but not a must 

• Experience in Garment and Fashion related companies are strongly considered 

• Several years experience in software implementation and/or design 

• Strong expertise in business process mapping 

• Fascination for innovative developments and products

• Consulting background, customer-facing skills and experience with Project Management 

• Experience in Agile deployment methodology

• Domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, Retail, Manufacturing, Foot and Beverage, Beauty 

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills 

• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets – all this in a fast-paced environment 

• Autonomous and ability to work independently 

• Project Management certification desirable (not compulsory) 

• Leadership and business management skills 

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences both verbally and in writing in English 

• Note that this is a home office based role so you must be comfortable working from home and must be available to travel as needed. Assume 2 to 3 days per week on site at the different customer locations throughout Europe.

New hire training program 

Each new hire will join remote and onsite training sessions, which will be presented by individuals from the Centric teams, both Operational and Functional topics will be discussed in these sessions and the focus of the individual KPI mentioned in this document will be influenced by the team (BC, TC or Pre-sales) the consultant will join.
