Job Description
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clientsβ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Go to market and sales for Salesforce towards Swedish accounts add-on sales to current SAP deals as well as work on signing new clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce including but not limited to:
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models including accounts contacts and opportunities
- Ability to navigate and use Salesforce features such as dashboards reports and workflows
2. Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) : Understanding of cloud-based technologies including:
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment models
- SaaS business models and benefits
- Familiarity with Salesforce cloud infrastructure and services
3. Sales and Business Development : Proven track record of sales success including:
- B2B sales experience
- Understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
4. Understanding of Complex Sales Environments : Ability to navigate complex sales environments including:
- Understanding of sales processes including RFIs RFPs and demos
- Familiarity with sales tools such as sales automation platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to manage and mitigate risks associated with large-scale sales
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including:
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers sales teams and management
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Large Enterprise Sales Experience : Proven experience selling to large enterprise organizations including:
- Understanding of complex sales environments and buying processes
- Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders including executive sponsors IT decision-makers and business leaders
- Experience with large-scale implementations and deployments
2. Executive-Level Communication : Ability to effectively communicate with executive-level decision-makers including:
- Understanding of executive-level concerns and priorities
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors
3. Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and develop sales strategies that align with business objectives including:
- Understanding of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
