HOW YOUâLL MAKE AN IMPACT
Strategic Business Development:
- Take charge of proactively building and expanding the sales pipeline through a combination of self-generated leads, existing contacts, and targeted cold outreach.
- Identify and engage with key industry leaders, C-suite executives, and other decision makers to showcase the transformative potential of our services.
In-depth Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive research on leads, prospects, and clients' businesses and industries, enabling you to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for partnership.
- Utilize your insights to tailor your approach and deliver compelling solutions that resonate with the specific needs and goals of each prospective client.
Customized Proposals and Presentations:
- Develop personalized, innovative, and compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that position Direct Agents as a leader in the digital marketing space.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions, aligning them with the unique challenges and aspirations of potential clients.
- Lead Qualification and Communication:
- Initiate and conduct qualifying calls and communications with potential clients, leading meaningful discussions that uncover their goals, pain points, and vision.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and how they can drive tangible results.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their experience with Direct Agents is nothing short of exceptional.

- Pipeline Management and Reporting:
- Employ advanced reporting tools to actively manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.

- Attend and actively participate in in-person meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance Direct Agents' visibility and network with potential clients.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Sales Experience
- Demonstrate an impressive track record spanning 2 to 3+ years in sales within the digital marketing or closely related industry. Your proven history of successfully driving revenue and securing new business will be the cornerstone of your contribution to our agency's growth.
Relationship Building Mastery
- Possess an exceptional talent for fostering deep and lasting client relationships. Your knack for understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering tailored solutions will cement our reputation as a trusted partner.

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.

- A competitive salary $70,000 - $90,000 with reviews based on performance and opportunities for bonus and commission based compensation
