Must-Have:

• 12+ years of experience in business development preferably in construction sector
• Expertise with marketing & research, client acquisition, and people management
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting
• Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) preferred
