As Best Cost Country Buyer within our capex procurement team, you'll help Sanofi to build up a diverse and health supply chain in capex category.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage the overall capex/maintenance/spares/energy&waste category procurement, including big capex investment project procurement in China
• Anticipate and consolidate all business needs to develop action plans, and facilitate implementation of procurement strategy accordingly
• Build up Regional CAPEX procurement strategy, in close collaboration with Global Engineering/M&S and Global Procurement Strategies: and implement Global procurement strategies understanding regional footprint and specificities.
• CAPEX package Analysis: Review, compare, and analyze CAPEX packages and services to be purchased.
• Lead RFQ, execute negotiations as needed for regional capex project, and deliver world class total savings objectives.
• Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
• Metrics and savings reporting: Track and report functional metrics, prepare and manage the procurement savings.
• Ensure & contribute to procurement technical excellence (Total cost ownership, Supplier Relationship Management, Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, Corporate social responsibility, Environmental Social and Governance, compliance, quality...)
• As per mandate/need of RCM/GLB, manage Business Reviews with identified key suppliers.

About you
• Experience: professional capex (Engineering, construction, equipment etc)procurement experience in pharma industry, preferred procurement experience for big capex project (>50M Euro)

• Soft and technical skills
- Good knowledges of Best cost Country Supplier market of Pharmaceutical equipment
- Preferred demonstrated knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures
- Analytical and negotiation skills and techniques
- Good Project Management skill and knowledge
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or another relevant field.
• Languages: Excellent command of both written and spoken English required
