About the role:

As a Category Manager Italy (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Italian assortment. You will work with the team on managing and optimizing our e-commerce product portfolio, with the aim of offering a range that is perfectly aligned with our customers' needs.

About your tasks:

• You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
• You are responsible for onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions
• You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
• You work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies

About you:

• You have (first) experiences in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products
• You enjoy working very data-driven, and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
• You have a customer-focused mindset, and feel comfortable in dynamic environments, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• You are fluent in Italian and English  
• We are looking for new team members living in or around Cologne or Berlin. You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team several days a month
