About the role

Nous sommes à la recherche d'expert en sinistre biens internes pour notre équipe grandissante!

Comme Expert en sinistres, biens Internes - habitation, vous serez au cœur de ce que nous faisons le mieux : aider les gens. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe passionnée et diversifiée d’experts en sinistre qui aident les clients à se remettre sur la bonne voie après un sinistre.

Votre grand cœur et vos compétences impressionnantes seront un atout précieux pour notre équipe, et nous vous offrirons des occasions stimulantes d’enquêter sur des réclamations d’assurance biens et des sinistres complexes et de les gérer pour nos activités d’assurance des particuliers et des entreprises. De plus, nous avons plus de 75 différents types de postes au sein de l’équipe d’indemnisation, ce qui signifie des tonnes d’occasions pour vous de faire progresser votre carrière d’une façon qui vous tient à cœur.

Chaque situation unique et chaque réclamation d’assurance biens fera rayonner votre habileté à gérer les détails. Vous passerez en revue les dossiers individuels, rencontrerez l’assuré et les témoins, conserverez des documents clairs et bien organisés et comparerez des contrats afin d’effectuer des évaluations liées à la responsabilité et au règlement des réclamations.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous

  • Ouvrir les nouvelles rĂ©clamations au tĂ©lĂ©phone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immĂ©diate de la situation.
  • Analyser les informations recueillies, dĂ©terminer la recevabilitĂ© et enquĂŞter les circonstances d'une rĂ©clamation afin d'en dĂ©terminer les causes et rĂ©viser l'Ă©valuation des dommages.
  • Recueillir les versions des faits des assurĂ©s et/ou tĂ©moins en les interrogeant sur les Ă©vĂ©nements.
  • Utiliser les outils de façon efficace.
  • DĂ©terminer le potentiel subrogatoire dans les dossiers.
  • Avoir une bonne gestion des rĂ©serves.
  • GĂ©rer efficacement de son bureau et ses prioritĂ©s.
  • VĂ©rifier les dĂ©tails de la police de l'assurĂ© pour dĂ©terminer la couverture.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec diffĂ©rentes Ă©quipes, notamment celles de l’évaluation, de la souscription et la subrogation.
  • Veiller Ă  la gestion efficace des coĂ»ts.


Ce que vous mettrez Ă  profit

  • DĂ©tenir un certificat d’experts en sinistre 5A et/ou 5B.
  • PossĂ©der au moins 1 Ă  2 ans d’expĂ©rience Ă  titre d'expert en sinistres
  • Bien connaĂ®tre les produits d’assurance.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes aptitudes Ă  la communication Ă©crite et verbale.
  • Avoir une bonne comprĂ©hension du processus de rĂ©clamation
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de performance et de productivité 
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) NĂ©cessitĂ© de traiter des dossiers de rĂ©clamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base rĂ©gulière
