Class 1 Driver

We are currently seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our team on the day shift. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a shift pattern of'any 5 days out of 7', contracted to 48 hours per week with start times between 04:00 and 16:00 so you can choose what suits you best!

What you will do on a typical day:

• Conduct thorough pre and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
• Deliver stock in roll cages to stores on a multi-drop or trunking basis
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies
• Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A valid Class 1 Driving license, CPC and Digi tacho card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
• Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
