Client Engagement Lead - Data & Analytics, Healthcare and Life Sciences (m/f/d)

At EPAM, we're looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic Data and Analytics practice. In this pivotal role, you'll work with our European data team to lead transformative partnerships with our clients, tackling their most pressing technical and data challenges. This position will be remotely based in Germany with onsite client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and business development in the Healthcare & Life Science sector
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate data strategy, identify critical points and drive digital transformation initiatives within financial services organisations
• Provide subject matter expertise in data architecture, data observability and federated data governance to ensure scalability and operational efficiency
• Advise financial institutions on the adoption and integration of AI/ML models
• Lead strategic data governance and architecture initiatives for Healthcare & Life Science clients enabling a centralised and consistent approach to data management
• Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with industry best practices such as BCBS 239 and DCAM
• Design data solutions that integrate data quality, lineage and metadata management to support regulatory compliance and business analytics
• Work with cross-functional teams to design cloud-based data platforms that support both structured and unstructured data sources (e.g. GCP or Azure)

• Extensive technology consulting experience
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programmes working with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to operate at a strategic level yet be close enough to the detail to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data and analytics project delivery (BigData, Cloud DWH, Advanced Analytics/MLOps)
• Awareness of cloud/data technologies and trends with hands-on experience of one or more major data analytics technologies
• Ability to manage customer expectations and present and explain solutions to senior stakeholders
• Expertise in at least one functional area: Healthcare & Life Science, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Insurance, O&G/Energy
