The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients (companies and partnerships), overseeing compliance and regulatory requirements, and providing mentorship to junior team members. The role includes tasks such as onboarding/offboarding clients, ensuring compliance with Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance regulations, billing and invoicing, and preparing internal and external reports.
Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • A thorough understanding of industry best practices for all registered offices and registered agents.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and update client databases (e.g., ViewPoint).
  • Process statutory filings, resolutions, and regulatory deadlines with ROC and CIMA.
  • Manage invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring timely billing.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and global regulatory standards.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management.


What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

  • 4+ years of senior corporate administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate structures, local regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in systems such as ViewPoint, CAP, CORIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and billing systems (e.g., Adex or SAP).
  • Experience managing junior team members and interacting with clients/intermediaries.
  • Knowledge of Economic Substance Notification Filings, REEFs platform, and regulatory cycles.
  • Familiarity with Laserfiche for document management.


At CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $110,000.
