The role

You will play a crucial role in providing support to the Client Services across a wide range of projects. You will assist the relevant team member with the day-to-day activities on your assigned projects. Your main tasks will be cross department project coordination to ensure an easy flow of communication over all departments involved in a project (client services, strategy, design, production):

• Manage daily activity in client relationships and project management: organizing internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise meeting reports and updating associated project status
• Working with the team to ensure up to date resourcing for each project
• Schedule meetings and follow ups, helping the teams stay on top of their deadlines
• Participating in projects´ meetings, taking minutes for follow-up actions
• Prepare cost estimates and process timelines
• Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams in preparing briefings and participating in ideation sessions
• Coordinate small projects from start to finish: oversee all key milestones to ensure on time, on budget and on brief deliverables
• Work with Commercial and Operations teams to handle various administrative and financial tasks

What we’re looking for

• You have a passion for design & strategy processes and would like to see what it feels like to evolve in an international and fast-paced environment?
• As the Client Services Team, we ensure that the projects are delivered against clients’ expectations, allocated timings and budget. Hence, we are looking for a strong and responsible individual who is willing to learn about branding and can be autonomous and proactive to efficiently support a small team. We are always on the move and multi-tasking, so you need to be a quick learner and have excellent organization skills.
• You should also be able to find your way around Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Finally, fluent communication skills in English are a plus, to ensure that communication runs smoothly within our teams.
